David is a dedicated and passionate Sports & Conditioning Consultant with a strong commitment to helping individuals improve their physical well-being, achieve their goals, and return to sports activities.

His educational background reflects his enthusiasm for the field of sports therapy and exercise science.

David’s journey in the world of sports and conditioning began with an Advanced Certificate in Exercise Science, where he gained a solid foundation in the principles of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.

In parallel, David pursued a Sports Massage Certificate, which he completed before his BSc Hons in Sports Therapy.

During this time, he accumulated five years of practical experience in sports massage, honing his hands-on skills and learning how to alleviate pain and promote recovery for athletes and active individuals.

This hands-on experience allowed him to connect with clients on a personal level, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to address their physical concerns.

David’s academic journey culminated in his BSc Hons in Sports Therapy, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of sports injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic interventions.

With this higher-level education, he became proficient in evaluating and treating sports-related injuries and devising comprehensive rehabilitation plans to facilitate clients’ return to their desired level of activity.

Despite being a recent graduate, David brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to his role as a Sports & Conditioning Consultant.
