Jagunath Selvanathan is a qualified physiotherapist from Kings College London and has experience in both the NHS and Private Sector. He began his career at Guys and St Thomas hospital treating a variety of musculoskeletal and respiratory conditions.
Whilst working in the private sector Jagunath had helped with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions from back pain to lower limb injuries such as ACL ruptures, and post-operative rehabilitation to Shoulder injuries. He firmly believes in combining exercises with hands-on treatment to help patients to return to the activity they love.
Jagunath has a special interest in Chronic Pain and has worked at a pain management centre as part of Whittington Hospital. Whilst doing so he has also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and uses this in a unique coaching and physiotherapy combined role with his patients to help both the physical and mental aspects of pain.
Jagunath has further gone on to train in acupuncture and mindfulness to help treat his chronic pain patients.
