I graduated from The University of Liverpool in 2016 with a First Class degree in Physiotherapy. Starting my career with a specialist spinal clinic in Aldgate, London was where my initial interest in postural rehabilitation and corrective exercise was sparked. After two years I specialised in sports injury and rehabilitation within another London-based clinic focusing on human movement and rehabilitative exercise. It was here that I developed my love for preventative exercise and ‘bullet-proofing’ the body from repeat injury.
My therapeutic approach uses a wide range of manual techniques combined with exercise prescription. My approach goes beyond symptom management taking into consideration all aspects of an individual’s structure and biomechanics. I always start by assessing, identifying and targeting the cause. Through this, I am experienced in delivering tailored and holistic patient-focused treatment plans, and advice on a wide range of issues.
My approach to treatment heavily involves educating my patients to empower themselves to be in control of their own bodies and to prevent future issues arising, especially those associated with exercise training and with ageing.
