Mona has completed additional training in sports massage, sports taping and dry needling.
She enjoys treating all ages from newborn to elderly with a range of injuries from chronic to acute, from sports injury to work-related pain.
Mona believes that restriction or pain whether it is chronic or acute is not just stimulated from an injury but is also impacted by psychological, emotional, nutritional, and environment influences.
She takes a holistic approach to find the root cause of pain; using a wide range of osteopathic methods to aid in treatment from cranial to structural, from mindfulness to nutrition. Mona has a keen interest in assisting women in their pregnancy journey as well as treating paediatrics.
