Biography
Nivea is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist specialising in the assessment and rehabilitation of conditions ranging from back and neck pain to sports-related injuries and the growing number of problems linked to desk-based working. She also has a special interest in women’s health. She is registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and a member of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP).
Nivea holds a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is currently furthering her expertise through an advanced MSc in MSK at University College London. She is a firm believer in continued professional development, ensuring her patients always benefit from the most current evidence-based care.
With over three years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, Nivea draws on a wide range of hands-on skills including joint mobilisations, dry needling and taping to relieve pain and restore movement. At the heart of her practice, however, is the conviction that movement is medicine. Every treatment plan she creates is built around progressive, personalised exercise, designed to give patients lasting strength and the confidence to manage their own recovery.
Nivea puts the patient experience at the centre of her approach. Her aim is for every person she treats to fully understand their diagnosis, feel supported at each stage of their rehabilitation, and leave the clinic with the knowledge and tools to stay well for the long term.
