Benjamin Golparvar

Benjamin is a senior musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist with a strong focus on strength and conditioning in the rehabilitation of MSK disorders. He has extensive experience managing both acute and chronic MSK conditions, as well as providing orthopaedic postoperative care. In addition, Benjamin has worked in neurological physiotherapy, treating patients with dementia and supporting post-stroke rehabilitation.

He brings a wealth of experience from both private practice and the NHS, having worked across London and surrounding areas. Notably, he has contributed to an NHS pilot project aimed at reducing patient wait times for MSK physiotherapy services.

Originally training as a personal trainer, Benjamin later requalified as a physiotherapist and holds a BSc (Hons) from St. George’s University, London. He draws on his background in exercise prescription to develop carefully tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of his patients.

Benjamin adopts a person-centered approach, encouraging patients to take an active role in their care. Known for his ability to build rapport with ease, he creates a supportive and collaborative environment for rehabilitation. He is fluent in both Persian and English, is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
