Biography
Lucy is a Physiotherapist specialising in neurorehabilitation, with special interests in stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and Parkinson’s disease. She has experience working within the public healthcare sector across acute stroke services, orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation, and critical care settings including ICU and inpatient wards.
With a strong academic background in science, Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry alongside an MSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London. She is also qualified as a personal trainer, sports massage therapist, and in sports taping and dry needling, allowing her to combine rehabilitation with performance, strength, and long-term physical wellbeing.
Committed to continued professional development, Lucy has further expanded her expertise into vestibular rehabilitation, helping individuals manage dizziness and balance disorders including BPPV and vestibular migraine.
Lucy’s background in high-level sport, having previously competed in diving and gymnastics, continues to shape her approach to rehabilitation. She is passionate about exercise, movement, and longevity, and believes rehabilitation should not only restore function but empower people to feel stronger, more confident, and better equipped to manage their bodies long term.
