Biography
Sajj graduated with First Class Honours from St George’s, University of London. He gained his initial clinical experience in specialised hospital environments, including ICU, falls prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation, before specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
With years of experience across both the NHS and private sectors, he has managed a wide range of conditions, helping patients move from acute and chronic pain back to their full physical potential.
Sajj believes that effective physiotherapy starts with listening. His goal is to understand your specific concerns and priorities, then develop a practical rehabilitation plan tailored to your lifestyle. He focuses on optimising movement and building resilience to get you back to the activities you love.
Sajj has a deep personal interest in the mechanics of human performance. He has a background in combat sports, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Muay Thai. He also enjoys strength training, swimming, and cycling.
This personal experience with high-impact sports and weightlifting gives him a practical understanding of the demands athletes face and how to manage the injuries that can come with them.
